Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Don't ask me how it happened… I wasn't there… but, my mama is an Australian Shepherd mix and papa is a little Chihuahua, LOL. My name is Gypsy, I'm very soft and fluffy, I weigh 10 lbs, and I was born on 11/15/23 in Mission Texas in a home with way too many dogs. When several females turned up pregnant, and only one little male chihuahua could be the culprit, several of us puppies from several mamas were surrendered to 4 Little Paws Rescue. These days we are living in a foster home in San Antonio, finally being socialized, learning to trust humans, learning about love, and learning what doggy toys are. All of us are doing great, and although still shy when we first meet, we are all blossoming like little flowers that have just seen the sun.
My foster mom says I am very affectionate and sweet and would do best in a home with another more confident dog or puppy to learn the ropes of normal home life. I have a medium energy level, not hyper, not a couch potato, and I’m smart. I’m curious about everything and will watch and sometimes copy what my foster mom does. She squeaked a toy with her hand, so then I tried to squeak it with my paw. I stayed by her side during picture day and never tried to run off. I like other dogs but can play a bit rough with smaller puppies. I’m a beautiful girl, with a beautiful future laid out before me and a transport van will be taking me to Connecticut to find you!
