My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, my name is Bonnett, and I'm here to share my story with you. At just 6-8 months old, I'm a small Bully/Lab mix with a heart full of hope and a resilient spirit. When I first arrived, I was in a sorry state - all flaky, stinky, and battling secondary skin infections. You see, I have Demodectic Mange, a condition that's not contagious to other animals or humans but had plagued me due to hereditary factors on my mother's side.

But don't let my past troubles fool you! With the right care and love, I'm on the path to recovery. Thanks to antibiotics and my first set of shots, I'm already feeling better. It won't be long before I'm fully furry again, just give me about a month. Although I won't be spayed until I'm healthier, I'm eager for the day when I can romp and play with other puppies after my second round of vaccines. For now, I'm patiently waiting in isolation, but that won't dampen my spirits.

You see, Mange may have been brought on by stress, but I'm leaving those dark days behind me. I may have had a rough start, but I'm ready to leave my troubles behind and embrace a brighter future. So why not take a chance on me? Give me a try, and I promise you'll be rewarded with endless love and gratitude. Together, we can overcome any obstacle, and I'll show you just how resilient and loving a little pup like me can be.
