My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

CALLING ALL BEAR LOVERS! Who has always wanted a bear to cuddle with? Nobody? Just me? Well, a safer version may be getting a dog that replicates a bear! Meet RANGER!
Some dogs are just special… Meet Ranger, a 1.5yo 130lb Great Pyrenees who has the biggest and kindest heart! Rangers needs are simple, a cushy bed, someone home more often than not, a securely fenced yard, tasty snack and a loving home. - Not necessarily in that order. Ranger is the ideal companion for families seeking a best friend to go thur life with. He enjoys his naps, but by equal measure, he is delighted to join you on a hike thru the neighborhood, mountains, woods etc. As we have said, Ranger is a typical puppy, will be active and engaging, and then sit down and binge watch Netflix with you.. But also as a puppy, he likes to chew on things (like shoes), and like a Pyr, he will bark at night noises (wind, invisible ninjas climbing the fence, etc.). Ranger is working on his leash training.. Or not, it’s an ongoing challenge. He is up to date on his shots, and microchipped and Neutered
Ranger really is an awesome boy... his pictures only hint at what an attractive boy he his.. so worthy of a loving home..
If interested in meeting this Handsome Hunk, please contact Sandy , or respond by e-mail - Ranger will LOVE you for it! We will also need you to fill out our adoption survey . Ranger will need an above ground fence for safe play and exercise. We are looking for homes in the surrounding Pittsburgh area. For more information please contact Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization or visit our web page http://www.swpapyr.org for more information. Thank you for supporting animal rescue!

This awesome, Handsome boy is named Moose, he absolutely loves attention, affection, and couch surfing. He loves to romp around and chase tennis balls in the yard for a bit followed by some good ol’ basking in the sun. Moose is very well mannered and knows quite a few commands. This sweet boy will melt into your arms and appreciate every bit of love that you give to him. He is about 1 yrs old Handsome Great Pyrenees, who loves people and car rides! He is great on leash too, he loves to go out on walks and knows to be a gentleman when on leash. Moose is up to date on shots and Microchipped.
This is what his loving foster home has to say about him: Talk about a dream dog!! That's our Moose!
This absolutely well rounded gentle giant is the perfect companion for those who can continue his training, let him be the puppy he is and love alot on him.
