My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This mixed breed boy is such a gentleman at 6-7 yrs of age. He weighs about 50 pounds. JJ is a bit shy at first but warms up quickly to his new "friends". But once he does, be ready! He wants nothing but affection and belly rubs, a quiet lifestyle and he will always be by your side. Hope you have a couch room enough for both of you! JJ is a gentle and sweet soul and on the lookout for a special "hooman" to share his life and love with. JJ adores attention, cherishes quality time, and really is a perfect fit for a cozy night on the couch. He enjoys leisurely walks and playful moments with other friendly dogs as well and would do nicely with most any polite lower energy dog. JJ absolutely LOVES to play with other dogs, but cannot share his toys politely, so if there is a playmate around, toys must not be present. I know this sounds extreme; however, this is actually a common cause of bickering and fights among dogs so at WAG it's a rule "no toys allowed in playgroups". It's an easy fix for JJ and really his only flaw that we can find. However, what JJ truly needs is a loving human of his own.
