Rose is the perfect example of blooming where you’re planted. She came to us as a stray on 4/4/24 after her owner was evicted and, sadly, was never reclaimed. Over a year later, Rose’s bright spirit hasn’t dimmed a bit.
While she might seem a little excited in her kennel, once outside her calm, gentle nature truly shines. Rose can be a bit reserved when meeting new people, but once she knows you she blossoms: enjoying soft pets, quiet companionship, and even a little dress-up now and then. She’s independent and perfectly happy to amuse herself, but she also happily accepts attention when it’s offered.
Rose has a medium energy level and balances her time between peaceful relaxation and playful moments. She loves joining playgroups with other dogs and loves showing off her social side. She sits on command for treats and takes them gently from your hand. Her silky fur and silly looking ears make her impossible not to adore!
After everything she’s been through, Rose is simply hoping to find someone patient and kind who will give her the stable, loving home she deserves.
