My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾CATSBY🐾
*** Application link is below & must be submitted prior to a meet and greet.
(Indoor-only, no declawing, Utah residents only, 21+.)

Hey there, future feline friend-seeker! I'm Catsby, the purrfect addition to your family. 🏡
Let me tell you a little about myself. First things first, I'm a dashing kitty who knows how to charm his way into your heart with my bright eyes and soft fur. 😺

I'm not your average cat - I'm an extrovert through and through! 🎉 I absolutely adore being around my humans and will follow you around like a loyal companion, soaking up all the love and attention you're willing to give. 💕

Toys are my jam! 🎾 Especially that elusive red dot from the laser pen - it's like a mini adventure every time it dances across the floor! 🌟 You'll have a blast watching me pounce and play with endless energy.

Oh, and did I mention I'm a chatterbox? 🗣️ I've got quite the repertoire of meows and chirps to express myself and communicate with you. From telling you about my day to asking for some extra cuddle time, I'm not shy about sharing my thoughts.

** I need an indoor-only home with plenty of room to run around, cat trees to climb on and toys to play with. I need family who will give me lots of love, attention and playtime. **

I do great with other cats after proper introductions. I haven’t been around dogs, so I’m not sure how I will do with them. I do well with respectful, older children and I am litter box trained.

So, if you're looking for a furry companion who's as outgoing and affectionate as they come, look no further than yours truly, Catsby! 🐾 Let's make some memories together and embark on a lifetime of love and adventures. Adoption inquiries welcome! 🐾

More about this rescue

Friends of Community-Cats Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization, with an incredible team of volunteers, dedicated to rescuing and saving the lives of cats and kittens whom are abandoned, neglected, sick, injured, unwanted or would otherwise be euthanized in shelters. We work with multiple shelters in Utah and are part of the Best Friends Animal Society Coalition aiming to make Utah a no-kill state.
We take in the abandoned, abused, unwanted, neglected, geriatric and neonatal, sick and injured and cats with severe behavioral problems. We get the cats medical care, rehabilitation and bring them back to health and prepare them for adoption. We have a great adoption program in which we spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip the cats and kittens before placing them into loving, adoptive homes.
We participate in Trap-Neuter-Return for community cats. We provide food, shelters and medical care for more than 100 community cats daily. We also assist low income families with medical care and food for their animals.
We are 100% volunteer and foster based and rely on donations from the public to keep our organization running. We mostly focus on cats, however we do help other animals as well, such as dogs, small animals and livestock.
Our director, Kali Cristaudo, founded this organization in 2012. Since then, we have grown so much, formed an incredible team of volunteers and have saved thousands of lives and we will continue to save more and more lives every year.
