Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kai is an awesome little kitten who needs a home with another cat or kitten! He is now almost 5 months old. He is getting very social with the adult cats he is living with and would love a home with another kitten to play with. He was originally rescued from a feral cat colony. We took him in on February 19, 2024 as the person who trapped him could not keep him. He is not feral, but he is scared. he is getting better every day. he purrs when we pet him and cuddles with us on the bed. He loves to play! With kitten season upon s, we need to get him a home so we can help the unweaned kittens for which we get lots of calls. We can not until we have space! He will do best in a quiet home with other friendly kittens or cats. We do have a 10 month old kitten that also needs a home. they would do great together!

We hope to start having open houses at our facility. Most of the dogs at our sanctuary will stay for the rest of their life, but we do adopt out the "younger" (under 10) and anyone who wants a specific dog we have.

Golden Years Dog Sanctuary, a 501c3 non-profit dog and cat rescue, is located at Goldspirit Farm, nestled at the base of Angeles National Forest in Kagel Canyon, Los Angeles County. The dogs have their own half acre run with dog houses and a dogominium complete with custom built beds, carpeting, heating and air conditioning. They also get to roam on eleven acres of doggy heaven known as Goldspirit Farm.
