Hi everyone my name is Frankie. I'm a great guy and there are a lot of things you should know about me. If you are reading about me then you must be looking to add a new member to your family. So let me tell you about myself. I'm pretty cute. That's not me saying that, no that's what I hear the volunteers say when they are getting me out of my kennel - "Oh hi Frankie you cutie you". All day everyday. I don't mind. I am more than just a cute face though. My volunteer buddies also say I'm really smart or maybe they say I'm a smarty pants, either way I can't deny I like to learn and I pick things up quick, so I guess I am pretty smart. I like to be active and that's me saying that. I get restless in my kennel because I feel like I'm missing out on everything fun and exciting. I guess I have major FOMO. When I'm outside it doesn't matter what I'm doing, I'm having fun. And I can keep my eye on everything going on around the shelter. I get to spend time up at the front desk with Miss Donna and Miss Janice. Shhhhh don't tell but Miss Donna sometimes has cut up hot dogs in the little mini fridge behind the counter. We aren't supposed to tell because hot dogs are a real treat and we do not get them every day. That doesn't stop me from checking with Miss Donna every 5 seconds when I'm up there behind the desk - just in case. I would do anything for my people. More than being cute and smart and active I just love everyone and spending time with my people is what I love most. At two years old I still have a lot to learn and I need a best friend to help me learn it. If you are looking for a good boy like me please come in to meet me. I'm more than ready to bust out of the shelter and go on a lifetime adventure with my new best friend. See you soon - xoxo Frankie...Adopt from MCAS All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (and treated if positive), microchipped, and current on all vaccinations.
We are open 7 days a week 12pm to 5pm for adoptions, no appointment necessary!
