My name is Mera!

Mera is a former breeding dog who came to Misty Eyes from a downsizing puppy mill. She is about 1 year old and is a friendly, timid, shy dog who was not properly socialized. She is living in a foster home where she is learning about life as a family pet. She will need an adopting family with the time, patience and willingness to help her overcome her fear of people and to gain confidence in herself. She lives with other dogs and is doing well with them, particularly if they are her size or smaller. She loves to play, but is willing to settle down after playing.
