Howard Aspen is best described as the strong silent type. He is young and gorgeous and is currently employed as the head neighborhood watch at his foster home in West Philly. You can find Howard lounging in bedroom windows, catching the rays, and keeping track of the birds and garbage men. He loves mealtime and always comes running when he hears a can pop open!
Howard is a little shy and needs someone who will give him time to acclimate to a new home. He would do great with a quieter family and will blossom with love and care! Howard is living with other cats and would love a feline friend. He could live with older kids who know how to respect a cat's independence. We think once he gets into his forever home, he will show how affectionate and family-oriented he really is!

Meet the Pet
After approval, a meet & greet is set up between potential adopter and foster parent/cat.

Sign Adoption Contract
After a successful meet & greet, it will take at least 48 hours until finalizing the adoption is complete. Contract is signed & fee is paid.

Cats under 1 year old: $150 + 8% sales tax = $162
Cats aged 1-10 years old: $100 + 8% sales tax = $108
Two kittens under 1 year old: $225 + 8% sales tax = $243
Senior Cats (10+ years old): $75 + 8% sales tax = $81
* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
