Mitzi is a very well-behaved little girl! She is estimated to be six months old and probably a pitbull mix but we cannot be sure since she is a rescue. She has a gorgeous, shiny black coat, floppy ears, and she’s not very big. She’s only 34 pounds. No way to know how big she will end up being, but I predict only 45 pounds.
Mitzi has a very pleasant disposition. She is eager to please, follows you around, lays down at your feet while you work, cuddles on the couch, she’s pretty relaxed. Not bouncing off the walls. Not Hyper at all. Of course, she gets playful with other dogs Out in the yard.
She’s going to make a wonderful, family companion, or a best friend for someone. She’s pretty easy on leash, she rides well in the car, and she is crate trained. The foster has her on a good routine to go straight out to potty when she comes out of the crate, and she does well with a good routine like this.

Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport.
Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you!
The adoption fee is $800 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!
*WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health.
*To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs.
