Sweetie Pie certainly lives up to her name! She's a 3 year old super sweet girl that would love to start over in a fabulous new home. Sweetie Pie had the good fortune of turning up at a local resident's home when she found herself lost and alone. The kind person let Sweetie in and cared for her for a long time but when they had to move, Sweetie Pie couldn't go along. Sweetie is a touch on the shy side, having never been in this type of situation before, but she enjoys being held and feeling safe, and she makes friends so easily. She loves getting attention and she's very affectionate when she gets to know you. She seems fine with other cats too. Sweetie would be overjoyed to be welcomed into your life! We require a completed adoption application which can be obtained at our facility, or from our website: www.ahscares.org. We also require proof of home ownership if you own, or a copy of a lease stating that pets are allowed with no restrictions if you rent. We require vet records for any pets owned in the last five years as well. Our adoption fees vary based on age, breed, etc. Please call our facility for exact fee 609-693-1900.

The mission of the Associated Humane Societies, Inc., including Popcorn Park Zoo, is to consistently provide the highest quality of care to all animals, domestic and wildlife, including their rescue, housing, veterinary care, placement whenever possible, and when required, a peaceful end. It is also our mission to prevent cruelty to all animals, primarily in New Jersey, but also throughout the United States. This shall be done through direct intervention as well as the promotion of humane education regarding the proper care and treatment of animals at both public and private levels, thereby advancing the humane treatment of animals everywhere.
