My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

***The first step in the adoption process is to complete the adoption application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org***

Mork aka Moose is a pretty chill guy.  Born March of 2023 this big boy still has some growing to do before he is all filled out.  Mork is a little shy when first meeting new people but warms up and he is calmly affectionate.  He is living in a foster home with other adult cats and cohabitates nicely.  Mork plays with toys but really he would love a home that is calm and quiet and wants a kitty to sit on their lap and hang out.  Mork is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, FeLV/FIV negative and microchipped.  As always our adoption fees are free will to approved applicants.

More about this shelter

The ECAS is an all volunteer, no kill shelter. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome pets in need due to neglect, abandonment, abuse or from simply not being wanted! We started in 2010 due to a need in our community. We are currently a foster based organization and we are currently building our new shelter facility. We work hand in hand with other rescue and shelters in the area to help out when and where we are needed.
