My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You may recognize her as we posted about her needing a foster last month due to coming in with mange, and one of our amazing fosters was able to take her for a short while to heal! Just like her name suggests, Poppy is bursting with boundless energy and puppy love! 🐶 Her foster describes her as a little bundle of joy, always ready for fun and adventure. She's a social butterfly who's been making tails wag wherever she goes!
Poppy's foster family has been amazed by her zest for life. Despite her rough start, this spunky pup hasn't let anything dull her shine. With her playful spirit, she's been making friends left and right, especially with her furry companions. 🐾. Speaking of playtime, Poppy is a firm believer in the motto "work hard, play hard!" She thrives on learning and ideally having a furry sibling to romp around with would be a dream come true for her. But when it's time to unwind, this little dynamo is all about snuggles and cuddles. 🤗 Whether it's under a cozy blanket or nestled in the arms of her humans, Poppy knows how to turn up the charm and melt hearts.
At just 7 months old, she's got a lifetime of adventures ahead of her, and she can't wait to find her forever family to share them with. While Poppy is great with people once she warms up, she's still getting used to loud noises and very sudden movements. So, we recommend a home without babies or children under 5 years old, just to make sure she feels completely comfortable and secure. Are you ready to add a dash of sunshine to your life? Poppy is ready and waiting to fill your days with laughter, love, and plenty of puppy kisses! 🌟
