My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

URGENT NEED FOR A FOREVER HOME! Meet Cuervo, aka rocky #a5612001 . We rescued him from the Downey shelter on April 22nd he came to the shelter on March 9th as an owner surrender. He did well in his behavior assessments and is currently in Foster. our foster is only willing to keep him for 4 months we will need to find a forever foster or adopt her within that time. Rocky is 10 years old and seems relatively healthy. he has a puppy like personality. enjoys playing with toys and going on walks. if you're interested in fostering or adopting please contact Susan at 818-636-1522 or goldenyearsdogsanctuary@yahoo.com.

Go meet their pets

We hope to start having open houses at our facility. Most of the dogs at our sanctuary will stay for the rest of their life, but we do adopt out the "younger" (under 10) and anyone who wants a specific dog we have.
