My foster writes: Lucy may be the perfect pup! This two-year-old pocket pittie is a housetrained, dog-friendly, all human-friendly, bundle of perfection. Lucy loves nothing more than to snuggle with her people, and she will happily spend the day snoozing on the couch next to you. That being said, she is also a good adventurer and loves hiking, running, car rides, and taking long walks in the park. She went camping with another dog and had the absolute best time. Lucy is fine being left alone outside of a crate (she doesn't love the crate). She does have some interest in chasing squirrels and birds, so she may not be the best fit if you have a cat. Something to definitely work on and give her more exposure to. She is very smart, treat/food motivated, and aims to please. She is as content going for a long walk as she is sitting outside at a bar and watching the people go by. Sometimes she doesn't feel like walking (maybe she's tired or maybe she knows one of her people is at home and she'd rather be snuggling). We also bring kibble to get her going and as long as she does her business, we don't force her to walk more. She's super chill no matter how much exercise she gets. She's fine in the city and also loves the country; someone with a backyard would be amazing. Lucy loves her people more than anything. She's a great companion and would be an absolute wonderful addition to any family. Primary Color: Brown Weight: 34 Age: 2yrs 0mths 4wks
