Chinchillas! We love these fuzzy critters and can't get over how adorable they are. This sweet pair loves to run on their wheel, get hand fed treats and throw their hay all over ...luckily it's easy to sweep up.
Chinchillas require a large enclosure with lots of toys and things to chew on. They need out of the cage playtime each day in a safe room. Since they are so thick coated they also need to be in cooler temps and have dust baths a few times a week. They do require some special care and can live up to 20 years so be prepared for lots of vacuuming and long time companions.
