Introducing Laz (short for Lzaro), diligently named after a band member of her foster mom's favorite Australian Band; The Cat Empire!
This floof of a kitten came to us after a member of the public had contacted AFRP for help with a mom cat and her three kittens.
Now ready to tumble into fun with his siblings, Laz is ready to find his furever home! A bit more timid than his siblings, Laz would love to find a patient adopter to help him build his confidence and take the time to go at his pace.
Laz would do best in a home with another confident kitty, and while he has not been introduced to dogs yet any new fur members should be introduced slowly and over time. Adult adopters or families with cat-savvy children over the age of 10 would be best for Laz as he is still learning to be a confident kitty!
Laz is currently in foster care. A meet and greet can be schedule once an application has been received, and approved. Please complete an onlline application located at

Additional adoption info
Adoption fees help to cover the cost of the care the animal has received during their time with us, including spay/neuter, vaccines, microchipping, deworming, and flea treatment and basic foster care.
All potential adopters complete an application and are screened using a standardized series of questions by a trained adoption counselor. If the application and screening are satisfactory, a qualified adopter can complete a contract, pay the adoption fee and take the animal home.
