Bree came into rescue with her mom, Baby Girl (also listed) and her 4 siblings (will be getting vetted in the coming weeks). Bree's mom is a chihuahua and her dad is a schnoodle but she got most of her mom's great looks. The pups were born on 2/23/24. Bree is a typical puppy who never met a stranger! She is super friendly, playful and just a happy little girl. Since she is a puppy, she will need to be trained in every way and will be going thru the chewing phase so please be aware that some effort and work will need to be put in to make her the best dog that she can be. Right now, she is a blank slate so she will fit well into any home or family environment. She will be a small dog once full grown so she should be versatile as far as country or city living. She would make a great traveling companion as well. She's a puppy that you can have a lot of fun with and gain a lot of love from!
Bree saw the vet on 5/8/24 and she was spayed at that time. She was found to have no issues on her exam. Bree did test positive for hookworms so we have given her a drontal to treat the hookworms and started her on Simparica Trio for heartworm prevention and flea control. She weighed 4.6 pounds as of 5/8/24.
If interested in giving Bree her forever home, please submit your interest and your adoption application via email or text ONLY to 352-215-3260 (phone calls will not be answered or returned from this number). Bree's adoption fee will be $250 to help cover the cost of her vetting and daily care while with us. We will only consider applicants who complete the adoption application and will determine whether the applicant would be a good fit for Bree based on the info provided in the application. If we feel that you will be a good match for her, we will set up a meet and greet appointment with you.

More about this rescue
We are a small rescue started in September 2004. To date, we have adopted out over 1,000 dogs and cats who may not have had a second chance. We rescue the majority of our pets from kill shelters and have them thoroughly vetted prior to going to their new homes. All of our pets are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, heartworm checked(dogs) and dewormed. We also microchip our dogs so that they can always find their way home. Big and small, we work to rehome them all. We are always in need of donations so if you can help us to help our pets, please contact us! The more people who get involved, the more pets that we can save! You can also see our pets and/or fill out our adoption application on www.petfinder.com. We look forward to hearing from you and making that "forever match"!
