My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Gracie! This easy-going senior gal is all about enjoying the simple things. She still has pep in her step and loves short, leisurely walks, followed by quality time with her people or a cozy nap on her bed.
Gracie is friendly, social, and wonderfully go-with-the-flow. She’s dog- and kid-friendly, patient with younger pups, potty-trained, and trustworthy when left home alone. Low-energy and content, she enjoys chewing on antlers and doesn’t need constant entertainment.
Car rides are one of her favorite adventures (a ramp helps, since her jumping days are behind her). She’s low-key, nonreactive, and does well in public—making her a great brewery or patio companion. Sunshine, fresh air, and treats are high on her list of favorite things… though cats are not.
Gracie would thrive in a home with minimal stairs, where she can take life at her own comfortable pace.
If you have a soft spot (and a cozy bed) for a senior, then look no further.

-Friendly, social, easy-going lady
-Housebroken
-Dog and kid friendly
-Very tolerant of younger pups
-Lower energy
-Treat-motivated
-Tolerant of being handled and dressed up
-An independent girl who loves a good booty or ear scratch if you’re willing!
-Isn’t a huge fan of the the crate, but loves a soft, cozy bed
-Good in the car, loves sticking her head out
-Loves a short walk
-Handles public settings well
-Easy on leash, she’ll waddle right beside or behind you (she might pull towards people/ dogs she wants to say hello to)
-Loves chewing on bones and soaking up the sun’s rays
-Overall, quiet, unless she needs to remind you to feed her
-Plenty of pep in her step!
-No cats, please!
