Glenn has been patiently waiting for a place to call home, and she’s more than ready to fill your life with love. This affectionate girl adores people and is a world-class snuggler. She’ll happily climb into your lap (even if she doesn’t quite fit) and cover you in kisses. With her warm personality and loving nature, Glenn just makes life better.

She’s a gorgeous girl and has wonderful manners both in the house and on walks. Glenn is crate trained and walks nicely on a leash.

When it comes to other dogs, Glenn does best with slow, thoughtful introductions. Once she’s had a little time to get comfortable, she gets along well with her canine companions.

Glenn has so much love to give—she just needs the right foster home or adoptive home to share it with.

Glenn is currently in foster in North Carolina. We provide the transport to bring her north. As fosters, we will provide everything you need to care for her. Glenn is available to foster, foster or adopt. If you’re interested in adopting Glenn, you will start with a two week foster to adopt contract, to ensure you’re a good fit for one another.

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

You can find our application at www.mostlymuttz.org.

2.
Home Check

All persons living in the household are required to be present.

3.
Approve Application

You will receive an approval email from our organization within several days of having your home visit completed.

4.
Meet the Pet

You will be able to adopt at this meeting if it is a match.

5.
Pay Fee

Adoption fees vary based on dog. We accept cash, PayPal or Venmo. The contract will also be signed at this time.

6.
Take the Pet Home

Congratulations on your new family member!

The Initial review of your application will occur within 72 hours.

Please contact your vet authorizing them to release information to us.
Also, let your references know we’ll be calling.
****Failure to take these steps may delay the process

Once your references have been contacted, someone will contact you to schedule a home visit.
After your home visit you will receive an email informing you of your approval.

Schedule a meet/adoption. You will be able to finalize your adoption of the dog at this meeting.

Please read your contract thoroughly before the meeting.

You will be required to send an update at 2 weeks, 6 months, and annually. The email addresses for those updates will be at the bottom of the contract.

If it has been determined that training is a requirement for the dog you’re adopting this will be noted on the contract. You will be required to submit verification of training completion.

Payment by cash is due at the time of adoption. If you choose to use PayPal, payment should be made prior to the meeting/adoption. You will need to forward the electronic email you receive from PayPal, to mostlymuttz@gmail.com to confirm your payment before the meeting/adoption.

Adoption Fees:

Altered puppies (8 weeks - 1 year old): $525

Unaltered puppies (8 weeks - 1 year old): $450 (A $100 sterilization deposit is required in addition to fee. This is refunded upon verification of altering.)

Adults (1yo-7yo): $375

Seniors (7+ years old): $250

Adult dogs who have been with us for over 6 months: $188

At Mostly Muttz Rescue, we often choose to save dogs suffering from curable illnesses within the shelter system rather than rescuing dogs that will be easy to place.
