Santiago is the definition of joy in a dog suit! This lovable goofball is all about making friends and spreading happiness wherever he goes. With his signature “tap dance” and wiggly butt when greeting people, he’s sure to melt your heart the moment you meet him.
Santiago’s journey hasn’t been easy—he was found on September 13, 2024, tied to a carport, very thin, and with patchy skin. Since then, he’s blossomed into the epitome of a resilient, loving pit bull, ready to share his heart with the right family.
He’s truly the full package: - A tap dancer whose happy paws will make you smile every time - Enjoys playing with other dogs for a short time, then prefers his me-time - Respectful of cats, including spicy kitties at the shelter - Loves humans of all sizes and will happily shower you with affection - Playful, vocal, and a bit of a teacher—helping shy dogs come out of their shells - Still learning manners like personal space, but his affectionate nature shines through
Santiago would likely do best as the only pet in the home, where he can relax, play, and soak up all the love. Every moment with him is full of laughter, snuggles, and tail wags—he’s ready to make you feel lucky every single day.
