Meet Morticia!

As sweet as she is cute, Morticia is a bundle of energy and fun. She's *always* ready to be the life of the party and keep you laughing! Already have an energetic pup at home who wants you to endlessly throw their toys? Morticia could be the answer! She does great with others and has made a lot of friends (of both the human and doggo variety) during her time at the shelter.

Despite being such a sweet girl, Morticia hasn't found her forever people just yet. She will need a home that enjoys providing routine exercise and mental stimulation, but don't worry - The zoomies are sure to be followed by cozy couch snuggles! If you'd like to learn more about Morticia, call or stop by the shelter. She can't wait to meet you!

If the pet is already spayed/neutered, and we're not waiting on a meet & greet or medical results to come back, the pet can go home TODAY!

Additional adoption info

VHS Adoption hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 12:00-6:00 pm Central Standard Time.

Our adoption fees are as follows:

Cats & kittens: $100
Dogs older than 6 months: $200
Puppies under 6 months: $250
Rabbits: $50

Dog and cat adoption fees include the animal's spay or neuter, nationally-registered microchip, and age-appropriate vaccinations.

Therefore, we depend on the generosity of the corporate community and the public at large to continue, and hopefully expand, the much needed services we offer.
