Esme is a fun-loving, playful, and silly powerhouse of a lady. We can’t believe she’s still looking for her forever home! She’s everything you could want in a dog.
She has amazing manners, is potty trained, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. She loves to run, play, and show off her athleticism. You’ll often find her zooming around the yard on her own or having a blast with her doggy friends.
When it’s time to relax, Esme takes cuddling very seriously. She loves to sit beside her human and watch the birds and squirrels. She’s not cat-friendly, but she’s incredibly patient with puppies and younger dogs—she’s even become our go-to nanny dog!
Esme can go, go, go—but she’s not bouncing off the walls. She’s playful and goofy like a puppy, but mature and well-behaved after a day of fun. She loves toys, zoomies, snuggles, and spending time with her favorite humans.
There’s nothing about Esme that isn’t lovable. After a life of bouncing around, she deserves a family to call her own and to show her what it’s like to be the true princess she is. We adore her, and we know you will too!

We will reach out via a text to set up a mutually agreeable time to chat about what you are looking for and your lifestyle.

Meet the Pet
We are hopeful you will connect instantly with one of our Sketchy Mutts, you might even have an opportunity to meet us out and about.
Additional adoption info
If we all agree that a current Sketchy Mutt might be a good fit, we will bring him to your home and introduce him to your dogs, cats, and human family members. If all goes well and everyone (including your animals) is in agreement, you will start a one-week (minimum) trial adoption. We want you to live day in, day out with the dog to see what it would really be like to bring him into your family. If at any point during the trial adoption you decide its not a good match, the dog goes back to his foster home.

We are dedicated to saving the lives of dogs who are at high risk of euthanasia in area shelters, due to behavioral issues, medical conditions, or overcrowding. We are primarily a foster-based organization, although we have the ability to temporarily house dogs in our facility until foster or forever homes can be found.
