IF U are looking for "the best car rider" TROOPER is yr boy. IF U are looking for a wonderful walking or running companion, TROOPER is yr boy. IF U are prone to loving the curious HOUND breed, this boy LOVES scent work - any opportunity to use his nose ! IF U are wanting a LOYAL companion that enjoys training as much as playtime as much as car rides, TROOPER is yr boy. IF U want a friend that wants to meet/greet every visitor you have, TROOPER is yr boy ! If U have ROOM in yr heart and home to "chill lax" with this intelligent, loving, loyal, joyous, healthy, neutered, furry friend ... PLEASE consider adopting or fostering TROOPER. Trooper is:
• Approx 3 yrs young, close to 70lbs, neutered & fully vaccinated
• House trained & crate trained
• Enjoys the great outdoors as much as being inside w/family
• Great walking partner; NO reactivity to squirrels or rabbits
• Very mannerly: No door dashing, waits for you to enter first
• Smart AND Obedient (understands and respects boundaries)
• We believe TROOPER to be a MIX of Hound, Dalmatian and Lab ;-)
• Knows: Sit/Stay, Here, Leave It and Heel
• Always eager, excited & can be relaxed around human companionship
• Great car rider (sits quietly in back just observing)
• Best with family given children are 16 or older OR empty nester
• Comfortable around other well socialized dogs
Lived with a senior feline for a short term (foster)
