My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello, my name is Rosemary. I am a very sweet gal that is looking for a new home. I guess I had a home at some point, but I was picked up by one of the nice deputies of Animal Control. We rode to the shelter and I was glad to get a nice big dog run and a big bowl of food….but most of all I was glad to be safe and inside the shelter! Anyway I was never claimed by my owners and I am now available for adoption. I have all of my vaccinations, I have a microchip, and I have been spayed. I am staying with my Adoption Ambassadors! I stay in their home with their family and when someone wants to meet me, they take me in for a meet and greet!! I hope to find my “forever” home soon!

Additional adoption info

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
