My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cody is a playful boy who loves people. He was running down the middle of the road, terrified as he dodged cars, likely dumped by someone he trusted. Cody was malnourished and in need of medical attention but is now healthy and ready for a loving home. Cody is friendly with everyone, gets along with other dogs and indoor cats. He loves time with his foster and will love having lots of time with you. He is house trained and leash trained too!! He enjoys other dogs and is playful. Cody will make a wonderful companion for someone who wants a canine best friend or a family who has time for a new friend. Cody is UTD on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped. 1.5 yrs. 50 lbs

More about this rescue

Homeward Bound Pet Rescue was founded by a team of volunteers with many years of experience in pet rescue. With over 20,000 companion animals being euthanized each year in the Midlands of SC, our goal is to save as many as possible from this dreadful fate. Rescue is expensive, so your help is needed in order for us to save lives. Each pet receives prompt medical attention, is spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped before being adopted into a loving home. Medical care is our main expense. We also must purchase microchips, heartworm and flea preventions, food and many other supplies. We are an ethical group of volunteers who promises to use every penny for the rescue, care and adoption of pets in need. All donations are tax deductible. No Paid Staff!! Click our PAYPAL link below or mail your check to PO Box 4335, Irmo, SC 29063 THANK YOU!!!
