My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bobo is an energetic, playful pup who can’t wait to meet his new family! This happy-go-lucky dog loves nothing more than a good game of tug or fetch with his favorite stuffed toys. When playtime’s over, he’s all about peanut butter—especially when he gets to lick it off a frisbee. Bobo is a smart boy who’s learning his basic commands like “sit” and “touch,” and he’s eager to keep learning with his new people. He enjoys going on walks and taking his time to sniff and explore everything around him. At the shelter, Bobo has become a true rockstar—he’s friendly, social, and gets along great with other dogs. With his wagging tail and love of adventure, Bobo is sure to bring joy and laughter to any home. Come meet this sweet, spirited pup and see if he’s your perfect match!

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We’re so excited that you’re considering adopting from Nashville Humane Association. We’re located at 213 Oceola Ave in West Nashville, near the intersection of White Bridge Road and Charlotte Pike, and are open from 10AM until 5PM TUE through SUN (closed Mondays). We’re also closed from 12-1PM for “Quiet Hour.” As a quick heads up, our adoption process takes about an hour, and all adoptions must be finalized on-site at the shelter, so if you’re planning to visit and adopt, be sure to make accommodations for time.
