My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Miranda, Your New Best Friend!
Miranda is a sweet, gentle soul who's ready to spend her adult years showering someone with love. Estimated to be around 5 years old, this lovely lady has plenty of life, energy, and affection to share. While she’s currently a little underweight and healing from a small scrape on her snout, she’s on the mend and looking better every day.

Already spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, Miranda came to us knowing how to use a doggy door—just one of the many signs of her good manners. She gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes and even enjoys the company of cats. Miranda is a true cuddlebug who adores being close to her humans, whether it’s curling up on the couch or snuggling in bed if she’s invited.

She’s great on a leash and loves going for car rides. While she’s very gentle, she does get excited when greeting people and likes to reach up to give kisses, so we think she’d do best in a home with children over 7 years old.

With one striking blue eye and a heart full of love, Miranda is a special girl looking for a soft place to land. If you're ready to open your heart and home to a sweet pyr mix, apply today at TGPR.org — and give Miranda the best years of her life.
