Rory's adoption donation is $500 and she is being fostered in Central Ohio. She has been spayed, microchipped, received her rabies, distemper/parvo, bivalent canine influenza and Bordetella vaccines, tested negative for heartworms and started on prevention, as well as flea prevention. She has also had a dental cleaning. Rory requires a secure, physically fenced yard as she continues her progress.
Rory came into rescue from a puppy mill that was shutting down and she was very pregnant when she came into rescue. Rory gave birth to the Gilmore Girls litter 8 days later. She has quite successfully raised those pups and now is HER time! Rory loves to hang out with her foster family. She loves to play with toys and is working on her house training, but does best when kept on a schedule. Rory enjoys car rides and anything where she's hanging with her peeps. The perfect home for her would be someone that either works from home, is retired or semi-retired and enjoys spending lots of time with their pup. She does get along with other dogs and cats but another dog is not required for Rory. Rory does best with kids 10 and above.
