Hello, My name is Red. I have two brothers available for adoption, Huck & Finn. Our brother Sammy has been adopted. Our lives began being homeless with our human parents. We (our mom, dad, and siblings) lived in the back seat of a car. This is where we were born. Our human mom worked at Waffle House. Our foster mom went into the WH for breakfast one day and started talking to her waitress about dogs. That began everything.

Once our foster mom found out we were living in the backseat of the car, she started pursuing us babies, coming into rescue to get the type of homes we so deserve. So, here we are. I am incredibly handsome, neutered, leash-trained, and house-trained. I love to give hugs and get them, too.

My ideal home is one where the family knows heeler herds, loves to go for walks and hikes and is active but enjoys quiet time in front of a fireplace. I am ready to come home.
