Chubbs isn’t the kind of dog who bursts into a room with tail wags and kisses — he’s the kind who takes his time. But once he feels safe, you’ll see a softer side emerge: gentle tail wags in the morning, leaning in for pets, and quiet moments of trust that feel like pure gold.
This sweet boy has come so far in his foster home. He’s calm and easygoing indoors, content to nap in a sunny spot or chew on a favorite toy. Outside, he loves to run and play — especially when toys are involved (fetch is a work in progress, but he’s getting there!).
Chubbs is happiest around other dogs. They help him feel confident and comfortable in new situations, so a home with a friendly canine companion would be ideal. He’s still learning that human touch is safe and comforting, but he continues to make steady progress every day.
