My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

After spending three long months in the pound, Hemsworth is ready to leave the past behind and start a new chapter—with you! This handsome herding breed has great manners and would be perfectly content as your one-and-only pup. He gets along with other dogs, but true to his herding roots, he's more focused on his people than pack play.

What really gets Hemsworth's tail wagging? Fetch. He's absolutely obsessed! Whether it's a tennis ball or a stick, he's always up for a good game—and he'll love you even more for playing with him.

Hemsworth would thrive with an active adopter who enjoys hikes, trips to the dog park, or just lots of interactive time together. He’s smart, loyal, and always ready for the next adventure.

If you're looking for a fun, devoted companion who’ll stick by your side through thick and thin, Hemsworth is your guy.

Hemsworth's Adoption fee is $250.

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Whether a potential adopter meets the dog at an adoption event or sees them online, we need an adoption application to begin the process

2.

Interview

The second step is a phone call so I can tell the adopter all about the dog, and find out more about their lifestyle.

3.

Home Check

The most important step! All members of the house hold need to be there. I check the yard and the home.

4.

Sign Adoption Contract

We let them know we will keep the dog chipped to us and that if they can't keep the dog, he/she comes back to us. Adoption fee is collected

5.

Take the Pet Home

We check in with a couple days, a couple weeks and a month after they adopt to make sure the dog is adjusting well and give any help needed

Additional adoption info

Step 1 - submit an application
Step 2 - Have a phone interview
Step 3 - Home check
Step 4 - Sign adoption contract
Step 5 - Take your new family member home.
Step 6 - We will be checking in a couple days, a couple weeks and a month post adoption to make sure the dog is adjusting to his/her new home.
