My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Flower is a spunky, adventurous little girl with a heart full of love. Rescued from the streets of Stockton, she overcame incredible odds and gave birth to 13 puppies - most of whom have now found loving homes. Now, it’s Flower’s turn to find her perfect match!

She thrives as an only dog and would do best in a home without small children. A retired couple or someone who works from home would be ideal, as Flower loves companionship and just wants to be held. She gets along well with larger dogs but truly shines when she’s the center of attention.

Could you be the one to give Flower the forever home she deserves?

More about this rescue

Rescue the Underdog is small group of volunteers working in the San Francisco Bay Area. We rescue dogs that would otherwise be euthanized in high kill Central Valley shelters and bring them to the Bay Area where they are placed in loving, lasting homes.
