Adoption steps
- Visit the Facility and Find a Pet
- You can also see pets at www.friendsofuplandanimalshelter.org. You can call 909-931-4185 option 4 to set an appointment.
- Meet the Pet
- All members of the household be present for the meet-and-greet including dog(s) if adopting a dog. Show copy of rental agreement.
- Submit Application
- From www.friendsofuplandanimalshelter.org, click on "Adopt a Dog" or "Adopt a Cat", find the animal you want to adopt and submit application
- Pay Fee
- Once adoption is approved, pay the fee and arrange to take the pet home.

Public walk through times are 11 AM to 5 PM daily.

The City of Upland Animal Services partners with Friends of the Upland Animal Shelter for all pet adoption services. They have many cats and dogs available for adoption that have been abandoned and given temporary housing at the Upland Animal Services facility.
