Harvey is a two-year-old, 5-pound Chihuahua mix with a big personality packed into a tiny frame. Full of classic Chi energy and sass, he enjoys companionship—but always on his terms. He loves affection but also values his independence, darting off to explore before returning for snuggles. Harvey’s curiosity knows no bounds. Whether he's trotting around the yard or watching passersby from the gate, he likes to stay informed about everything happening in his world. With his sharp attention to detail, he might just be the smallest guard dog in town!
Harvey walks well on a leash and gets along with other small, friendly dogs. However, he prefers a slow and patient approach when meeting new people, as sudden movements can make him a bit nippy. An experienced Chihuahua-savvy family would be the perfect fit for him.
Harvey’s $225 adoption fee covers neutering, vaccinations, microchipping, and a wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. To meet Harvey, call 602-971-1334 to schedule an appointment during adoption hours: Thursday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
