My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Jackson, a 6 yr old neutered male American pitbull mix weighing in at 51lbs. Jackson was picked up on 3/5 as a stray.
Sweet boy needs to be in a home environment in which he is able to receive the daily exercise, playtime, and interaction with a loving person or family. It would seem that presently he would not be a good fit for a family with young children because he constantly jumps on you and is a bit mouthy. I believe he can be taught that this is not acceptable behavior. This would help him to fit in with his family better. He needs to be inside with his people as part of the family circle in which he can feel safe, secure and loved. He would be happy to leave behind the shelter life and settle in with people who will stay committed to him and do what it takes for him to become a vital part of the family life. Won’t you please consider whether you can help Jackson?
