Their adoption process
Thank you for your interest in adopting from the Placer SPCA. In efforts to comply with local regulations and suggestions, we are open for adoptions by appointment only. Please call us at 916-782-7722 to start the process.
Adoption steps
- InterviewCall and tell us what animal you're interested in and we discuss all aspects of the pet. If it's not a match, we can help you find one
- Submit ApplicationWe will set up an appointment time for you to meet the pet and collect a Companion Request Form from you.
- Sign Adoption ContractAt your appointment we will give you an opportunity to meet the pet and make a final decision. If all goes well, you will take the pet home.
