The mission of the Placer Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Placer SPCA) is to enhance the lives of companion animals and support the human-animal bond. We offer programs for the pets and people of Placer County, including adoptions, lost and found, low-cost spay and neuter assistance, humane education programs, emergency financial assistance for pet owners, free behavior advice, and low-cost microchips and rabies vaccines.
Placer SPCA is located in Roseville, California and serves Placer County, including the communities of Granite Bay, Rocklin, Roseville, Meadow Vista, Auburn, Lincoln, and Loomis.
