Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tatum is a young female Boxer mix who is a social butterfly! She loves people and being around them. Tatum needs a home with an active owner and someone who can keep her busy. Maybe someone with knowledge and experience of the Boxer breed. She knows a few basic commands, loves Kong balls with peanut butter, treats, going on walks, and car rides.
If you love a goofy dog, Tatum is your girl! Tatum will do almost anything to have someone pay attention to her. Just a little bit of TLC will make this young lady a very happy girl. She can never get enough of those human smooches!
Tatum would be great around children of all ages but she has the energy of a pup still. She would need to learn basic household rules as she has never lived inside a home before. Tatum would need to be evaluated with cats and dogs to see how she handles the situation, which we prefer a meet and greet with pets currently residing in the home. Tatum is crate trained, potty trained, and ready for adoption! If you would be interested in giving me a furever home, please contact The Humane Society of Adams County, Inc. at (937) 544-8585 to set up a time to come meet me and fill out an adoption application!

Our adoption process is made up of two parts. Upon a decision to adopt an animal we require an application for adoption that asks questions such as housing and veterinary references. We then check references and may require a home visit. Upon approval you will fill out a contract for adoption and pay the adoption fees. Adoption fees are based on age and vetting required.
