Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Peyton – A Gentle Soul with So Much Love to Give
Located in the DFW Area | Age: 2 Years | Female
Peyton’s journey hasn’t been easy, but her heart is still wide open. Rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation, this sweet girl is now safe and thriving in her foster home thanks to TGPR.
Peyton is the definition of a love bug—quiet, gentle, and affectionate. She’s learning to trust and build confidence every day and is already showing how much love she has to offer. She gets along beautifully with her foster brother, an extra-large alpha male dog, and is respectful and submissive in all the right ways.
She’s also house-trained, crate-comfortable (she even naps there with the door open!), and travels well in the car. Peyton quickly became a staff favorite at both the shelter and the vet’s office, and it’s easy to see why!
Her favorite things? Ear rubs, being brushed, and gazing lovingly into your eyes like you’re her whole world.
Peyton is looking for a kind, patient family to help her continue her journey to healing and happiness. Could that be you?
