This boy is an amazing ball player. Whether he’s sprinting after a tennis ball, showing off his expert-level fetch skills, or stepping into the role of goalie during a soccer game, Amadeus plays with both joy and focus. If you love outdoor fun, this dog will be your perfect match.
Amadeus also gets along well with most other dogs and enjoys their company. With certain people he can be fearful, but once he realizes he’s safe, he blossoms and is very affectionate. Patience, kindness, and a steady, loving home will help him build the confidence he deserves. He would do best in a home with low traffic and Shepherd experience. At this time he would prefer a home with no kids.
He’s smart, loyal, athletic, and so ready to leave the shelter behind. Amadeus is looking for someone who understands that trust takes time, playtime is sacred, and every dog deserves a soft place to land.
