My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Thunder Cat: A Gentle Soul Looking for a Calm, Loving Home

Thunder Cat is a sweet, mellow kitty who has truly blossomed with patience and gentle care. Once she feels safe, her affectionate side shines—she loves petting sessions, gives enthusiastic head-butts, and even surprises her humans by happily accepting belly rubs! She’s also wonderfully gentle when taking treats, especially shrimp flavored treats, which is one of her new favorite discoveries.

In her foster home, Thunder Cat has grown more confident and now comes out to relax with her people during TV time. She adores her water fountain, enjoys catnip toys, and has mastered the art of being a peaceful, low-maintenance companion. She’s the perfect match for someone who appreciates a calm housemate who is loving but never demanding.

Thunder Cat can be shy with quick movements, but she simply takes a moment to reset and soon returns for more affection. She’s been doing great with a litter setup that suits her and has been steadily becoming more comfortable with her routine. She’s also doing well with her early kidney-supportive care and continues to eat, drink, and settle into her rhythm beautifully.

If you’re looking for a calm, sweet, and quietly affectionate kitty, Thunder Cat may be the perfect match. She’s ready to find a patient, loving adopter who will help her continue her journey from shy to shining.
