Meet Gordon - a 35lb, 7-year-old Lab mix. Gordon is one of the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet! He’s well-mannered around the house and loves nothing more than soaking up attention from his favorite humans. If you stop petting him before he thinks you should, don’t worry—he’ll gently remind you with a well-placed paw. Because really, why would you ever stop petting him?
Gordon is potty-trained and crate-trained. While he gets along well with other dogs, he’s more of a “people person” and would rather be by your side than wrestling around. He’s not hyper, but he moves with the energy of a younger pup, keeping things fun without being overwhelming.
Gordon isn’t a big eater—no begging at the table here!—but what he does have a big appetite for is freedom. He’s a bit of a door-dasher, so watch out! If a door opens, Gordon sees his opportunity. And when he’s on a leash? Let’s just say he believes in leading the way and could use some practice on not pulling. As for crates? Not his favorite. But once he’s in, he settles just fine.
Overall, Gordon is an affectionate, happy pup who just wants love, attention, and all the pets. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will keep you company and make you smile every day, he’s your guy!
All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the location as it is a privately run boarding, training, and grooming facility. Meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters.
