Where he had come from, no one knows for sure. The signs of abuse were all too clear, and it was obvious this poor soul had been through a lifetime of hardship in his short time on earth. It was as if Biscuit had made a desperate escape, running from the hands of someone who didn’t understand the word love. But somehow, despite all he had endured, he had found his way to safety.
From the moment he was given a warm bed and a full belly, he made one thing abundantly clear—he was grateful. He didn’t know who to trust or where he was, but one thing he did know was that he wanted love. Biscuit became eager for attention, desperate for the affection he had been denied for so long. We’ve enrolled him in a board and train program, where he will learn to trust again and refine his skills, becoming the best version of himself. Biscuit deserves more than just survival.
