Hi there, I'm Calvin! My days are filled with energy and joy. I love playing fetch and running around the yard. I'm always up for a game of tug-of-war, or just making you laugh with my goofy antics. I'm a sweet soul, always ready to give you my undivided attention and unconditional love. I've been told I have a knack for making people smile, even on their gloomiest days. Life with me is never dull, it's an adventure filled with fun and laughter. I'd love to be your loyal companion, sharing in your everyday joys and comforting you in times of stress. I promise, adopting me will fill your life with laughter, love, and endless games of fetch. I can't wait to be a part of your family!

More about this shelter
The Stone County SPCA was organized in 2009 and opened a shelter in 2012 in Wiggins, MS. We have always been a no kill shelter. Our biggest challenge is the high demand to place dogs and cats in our shelter. Currently, we take in approximately 1200 animals annually. We do not euthanize animals for lack of space. We have a live release rate of 95%. We do this by keeping adoption fees low and transporting a large percentage of our animals (65% of our dogs and puppies).
