Meet Lohlah! She is very sweet and gentle.
She was surrendered to us from a woman who sadly had kept her outside beside her building. When Lohlah first arrived at Shelter Hope, she was incredibly itchy and completely covered in ticks. We brought her to Indiana Bones, who gave her a full grooming and removed over 30 ticks from her.
Despite everything she has been through, she is such a sweetheart. She’s affectionate and gives little kisses to our volunteers. She can be shy at first, but with time and love she warms up.
Be ready to adopt.
Adoptions can happen quickly so be prepared for our call, only apply for dogs that every family member in the home wants, and wait to apply until you return from your vacation.
