Hola amigos and amigas! My name is Melody and here's some more about me:
PHYSICAL INFO:
RESCUE STORY - I am a real warrior! When I was just a young'un (of about 1 month old), an unknown hooman left me on my rescuer's doorstep in a plastic bag. I have no idea how long I had been in that bag for but I was in a dire state and was breathing verrrry slowly and barely conscious. My rescuer, an angel lady, rushed me to the vet where after a couple days of TLC and rehydration, I managed to make a full recovery! Phew! Now for the past three years I have been patiently waiting for a chance at my very own forever home with a loving family to complete my happy ending!
TEMPERAMENT - Since being given a new leash on life I have been sure to live it to the fullest as the happiest girl ever! I am a true blue cuddelbug who loooooves hoomans and attention. I am a shadow doggo, following my foster wherever she goes and keeping her company. I am also very friendly towards everyone and I LOVE to play with toys and other pups! My foster has described me as a real gem of a doggo who thrives on attention and would do best with a family that can provide me with lots of love and affection, plus help me get my energy out. A family that does lots of activity and exercise and can take me out to play with them often would be my dream come true!
ENERGY LEVEL - High
GETS ALONG WITH:
PREY DRIVE - Unknown. I’m not too sure how I’ll react around squirrels/rabbits etc. My adopter needs to be prepared and willing to train me through these behaviours, should they arise.
TRAINING:
Please Note: WCP highly encourages adopters to do some research and training on their own before their dog arrives.
HEALTH NOTES:
ADOPTION FEE:

The info included in each WCP bio is provided to us from the international rescuer. WCP does not have in-person access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions, although we ask for video proof of a dog's attributes wherever possible. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person(s) adopting them and the environment in which they live.
WCP is unable to guarantee the accuracy of a dogs age and/or breed. These are strictly "best guesses" based on veterinary exams and their educated estimates.
