My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Harbor! ⚾🐾

Harbor is a young adult pup with a sharp mind and a playful heart. This smart boy loves nothing more than a good game of fetch—chasing after a ball or playing with his favorite toys is his idea of the perfect day!

Unlike some dogs, Harbor isn’t much of a cuddler—he’d rather keep busy with his toys than snuggle on the couch. Because of this, he may be happiest in a home with a yard where he can run, play, and keep himself entertained.

✅ Very smart – quick to learn and eager for enrichment
✅ Toy lover – balls and toys are his absolute favorite
✅ Independent – not overly clingy, happy to entertain himself
✅ Best fit – a yard where he can play to his heart’s content

Harbor is looking for a family who understands his playful, independent nature and will give him the space to enjoy life his way. If you’re searching for a fun, energetic dog who will keep you smiling with his love of play, Harbor may be the perfect match! 💛🐶Adoption Hours are Thursday through Sunday from noon to 5pm. You do not need an appointment to come by and meet animals during adoption hours.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is based on making the right match. Though people can apply for a specific animal, we would like to know more about lifestyle and match a pet with that lifestyle. For example, we would not want to match an active dog with an inactive one. Therefore, our primary concern is the interview process and getting to know the potential adopter.
