I’m a sweet, snuggly girl with a big big heart and a little sparkle of silliness that makes life extra fun. But what makes me extra special is the sweet set of wheels I’ve got on my back legs. That’s right, my back legs don’t work quite like everyone else’s—but don’t feel sorry for me! I’ve figured out to move and groove quite well, in fact, sometimes I’m quicker than other dogs around me. You can catch me rocking and rolling in my wheelchair or I’m zip-zoping my way around on my front legs. I call them sli-zooms ⚡️(sliding zoomies).
I’m great with other dogs and really enjoy playing with friends. I haven’t met a cat, but my prey drive is pretty darn low so I don’t think I'd have an issue with them after slow introductions. I like kids, but I don’t love when the little ones mess with my wheels, so I prefer being with the older kids who understand personal space. My dream owner(s) would live on the first floor or in a one-story house (no stairs for me please!) and wouldn’t require many steps.
Other things I’m good at include going on walks in my stroller, hanging out in groups of people, and riding in the car. It takes me a minute to get used to being in the crate and I may get a little vocal, but after a few minutes I’ll let it go and just fall asleep. One benefit of my leg predicament is I’m not going anywhere I shouldn't go (couches, tables, etc.) nor will I be jumping on your guests. Guess you could say that gives me a leg up? LOL.
With my back legs not working, it can be a little hard for me to hold my bladder. I am potty trained but there are those rare occasions that I’ll need a little help & patience if I have an accident. I am looking for a human that is comfortable helping me out with my wheelchair and generally supporting my medical needs. I’m a really sweet girl that can bring a lot of love and fun to your life.
I can’t wait to show you all I can do in my special body. I’ll be your baby girl forever 💕
